Company-wide AI training for a special-purpose machinery manufacturer, plus a design and prototype for an internal knowledge portal over scattered know-how.
Project know-how was scattered across unconnected places.
An engineering company was losing its project know-how. Meeting transcripts, project documentation and experience from past jobs were scattered and findable only by someone who knew where to look. At the same time it had no shared basis for working with AI.
The whole company trained, and a way forward.
We ran a company-wide introductory day, 6.5 hours covering available tools, role-based demonstrations, security and GDPR and the basics of prompting, and designed three follow-up specialised days split by department, including trainer preparation. Alongside the training we produced a design, project documentation and a clickable prototype of an internal knowledge portal.
